A fantastic hotel boasting a lovely setting by the canal, ideal for leisurely walks. The beetroot panna cotta was exquisite, and the attentive staff accommodated dietary needs with ease. the service can be slow. our meal took three hours, which might not suit everyone.

Clean room, friendly staff, beautifully maintained gardens, where we enjoyed meeting the ducks and swans while the restaurant offered delicious breakfast options and had a delightful view of the canal just outside our window.

we had a great stay at the moat house. the location is perfect, close to the m6 and surrounded by beautifull greenery and a nice pond. our superior double room was really comfy and quiet. breakfast was delicious, the staff were super frendly and attentive. definetly one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

Had a fantastic weekend with friends! We explored stunning Cannock Chase and enjoyed leisurely walks along the canal. The food was top-notch, especially breakfast. Lovely outdoor setting with comfy seating to relax in between adventures. A delightful atmosphere overall.
Only downside was the lift being far from reception, though it wasn't a huge hassle as we managed our luggage fine.

Charming spot for a family getaway!
We had an amazing stay! The family room was super comfy, and the views of the moat were just lovely. Breakfast was spot on, especially those fresh pastries! The staff were friendly and helpful, but the parking was a bit crowded. Definitely a great place to unwind with the kids.
